Agreement

These terms govern your use of artikle.in, its journals and its research tools, operated by Artikle Publishing. By creating an account or using the site you agree to them, and to our privacy policy, refund policy and publication ethics policy.

Accounts

• Give accurate information and keep your password and sign-in codes private. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• One person holds one author account. Creating extra accounts to avoid fees or limits is not allowed.
• Institutional accounts are managed by the institution's administrator, who decides which members get seats.

Submissions

• You confirm that the manuscript is your original work, that every listed author agreed to the submission, and that it is not under consideration elsewhere.
• Every manuscript is checked for similarity and handled by the journal's editors; journal papers are peer reviewed. Editorial decisions are made independently of any payment.
• Uploading the same paper again while it is still under review replaces the earlier version; duplicate submissions are closed.
• Authors keep copyright. Published papers are licensed under the licence shown on the article page (CC BY 4.0 by default), which lets anyone reuse them with credit.
• Published papers are part of the scholarly record. Corrections, expressions of concern and retractions follow our publication ethics policy.

Fees and payments

• Submission and peer review are free. A publishing fee (APC) applies only after acceptance, at the rate shown on the Article Processing Charges page on the day you submitted.
• Similarity checks, priced paper downloads, Research Studio credits and premium plans are charged at the price shown before you pay.
• Prices are in Indian rupees and include taxes as shown on the invoice. Payments are processed by Razorpay. Invoices are issued by Artikle Publishing.

Author earnings

Authors receive 80% of paid downloads of their papers. Withdrawals are paid to the bank account or UPI ID you provide, after verification and subject to the minimum withdrawal amount.

Reviewers and editors

Reviewers and editors keep manuscripts confidential, declare conflicts of interest, and do not use unpublished work or upload it to outside tools. Board roles can be ended by the editorial office.

Acceptable use

• Submitting plagiarised, fabricated, falsified or machine-generated work presented as original research.
• Manipulating peer review, citations or authorship, or offering money for acceptance.
• Accessing other people's accounts, scraping the site in bulk, or interfering with its security or availability.
• Reselling Research Studio results or sharing paid access with others.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules, and we may report research misconduct to the authors' institutions.

Liability

The content of published papers is the responsibility of their authors. The platform is provided as is; we work to keep it available and secure but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service concerned in the previous twelve months.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and important changes are announced on the site. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at the place of the publisher's registered office.
