Refund Policy

Publishing fee (APC)

• The publishing fee is charged only after your paper is accepted and you choose to publish.
• If you paid and the paper has not been published, you may cancel and ask for a full refund within 7 days of payment.
• If the editors withdraw an accepted paper before publication for reasons not caused by the author, the fee is refunded in full.

• Once a paper is published, the fee is not refundable.
• No refund if a paper is retracted or withdrawn because of plagiarism, fabrication or other misconduct by the authors.

Similarity-check fee

Refunded in full if the check could not be run because of a fault on our side. Not refunded once the check report has been produced.

Paper downloads

Downloads are digital goods delivered at once and are not refundable, except when the file could not be downloaded because of a fault on our side.

Research Studio credits and premium plans

Unused credit packs can be refunded within 7 days of purchase. Premium plans can be cancelled at any time and stop renewing; the current period is not refunded once it has been used.

Duplicate or failed payments

If you were charged twice, or money was deducted for a failed transaction, it is refunded in full. Failed transactions are usually reversed automatically by your bank within 5-7 working days.

How to ask for a refund

Write to editorial@artikle.in with your registered email, the paper title or order, and the Razorpay payment id. We reply within 3 working days. Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method within 7-10 working days.
