How to withdraw a submission, cancel after acceptance, stop a subscription or close your account.
Withdrawing a submission
You may withdraw a manuscript at no charge from your dashboard at any time before review starts, or by writing to the editorial office once it is in review.
After acceptance
If you decide not to publish after acceptance and before payment, nothing is charged. If you already paid and the paper is not yet published, you may cancel within 7 days of payment and receive a full refund as set out in the refund policy.
Published papers
Published papers are part of the scholarly record and are not removed on request. Corrections and retractions follow our publication ethics policy.
Subscriptions and credits
Premium plans can be cancelled at any time from your account; access continues until the end of the paid period and the plan does not renew.
Closing your account
You may ask us to close your account at any time by writing to editorial@artikle.in. Your published papers stay public; unpublished manuscripts are deleted.
