History of Press in Amravati: Case Study of Daily Hindustan’

Abstract
This is the paper presented in the National conference organized by Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University with the theme of History of Indian Press: History and Traditions. The paper talks about the oldest survived newspaper in Amravati, called Daily Hindustan. The newspaper is highly circulated in the city and the district. It is an attempt to give the history and importance of this newspaper.
