​Vipin Chauhan is an academic professional and dedicated educational researcher specializing in Educational Research & Methodology, Higher Education Governance, and Curriculum Design. With core experience within institutional research environments, he has served as a Research Assistant in the Department of Education at Hemvati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University, contributing to sponsored project execution and data management. A qualified UGC NET scholar in Education, he holds dual postgraduate degrees including an M.Ed. from HNBGU and an M.A. in Sociology from IGNOU, complemented by a B.Ed. from Banaras Hindu University.
