I am an assistant professor of sociology with a strong academic background and a deep commitment to teaching, research, and interdisciplinary engagement. My work lies at the intersection of sociology, culture, and contemporary social transformations, where I explore themes such as identity, ethics, social change, and the impact of digital and traditional narratives on society.

I have been actively involved in curriculum development, particularly in designing and structuring undergraduate programs aligned with the NEP framework. I strive to create courses that not only build theoretical understanding but also encourage critical thinking and practical application among students. My teaching philosophy centers on fostering an inclusive and engaging learning environment where students can connect sociological concepts with real-world experiences. My research interests span areas such as digital sociology, sustainability, elderly care, and psychosocial dimensions of health. I have conducted both qualitative and quantitative studies, including thematic analyses, survey-based research, and interdisciplinary collaborations. Through my work, I aim to contribute to policy discussions and academic scholarship, particularly in areas that address emerging social challenges in contemporary India. I have presented my research at various national and international seminars and conferences, reflecting my continuous engagement with academic discourse. In addition to my academic work, I have participated in extracurricular and community-oriented activities, including involvement with NSS and NGO initiatives, which have enriched my understanding of grassroots social realities. I am proficient in both English and Hindi, with native-level fluency, which allows me to effectively communicate and engage with diverse academic and social audiences.
