I'm Shubham Kumar, a PhD Research Scholar in the Department of Social Work at the Central University of Rajasthan, India. My research focuses on social entrepreneurship, women's empowerment, tribal development, and sustainable livelihoods. My academic interests include entrepreneurship development, CSR, social work interventions, and community-based development.
