About

A passionate academician and researcher with a Doctorate in Sociology on “Women in Corporate Sector: A Sociological Study” from Panjab University, Chandigarh (2020). Possesses an experience of 15 years of teaching and research experience, with proven expertise in gender studies, family studies, workplace sociology, sikhism and women and sustainability. Authored four books and published more than fifteen research papers in peer-reviewed and UGC-recognised journals. Actively contributes to the academic community through conferences, FDPs, and research projects. Currently supervising three Ph.D. research scholars in Sociology. Committed to advancing gender equity, environmental responsibility, and evidence-based social policy through research.
